NMab ProtG Protein G Affinity Chromatography Resin

NMab ProtG is an affinity resin prepared by immobilizing Protein G onto an agarose matrix via epoxy activation. Protein G exhibits a broader binding spectrum, with strong binding to the Fc fragment of antibodies as well as weak interactions with the Fab fragment. Therefore, NMab ProtG is commonly used for the purification of antibodies or antibody fragments from cell culture harvests, as well as other antibodies from various species sera.
