NanoGel dT20 Oligo dT Affinity Chromatography Resin
NanoGel dT20 affinity chromatography resin is a monodisperse supermacroporous polymer resin specifically designed for the separation of messenger RNA (mRNA). This resin features a PS-DVB rigid matrix with an average particle size of 50 μm. The dT20 ligand is coupled to the matrix surface via a linker, enabling affinity binding to the polyadenylated (polyA) tail at the 3' end of in vitro transcribed mRNA, significantly simplifying the mRNA capture process. This resin offers high binding capacity, tolerates high salt, high pH, and high temperatures, and is easy to use without requiring any flammable or toxic reagents.
It provides efficient capture and release under standard mRNA purification conditions and can be used at high flow rates. This reduces process development time and increases productivity. This affinity resin effectively separates mRNA from other components of the transcription reaction, such as enzymes and plasmid DNA.
