NMab Titan Protein A Affinity Chromatography Resin

NMab Titan is a third-generation, high-performance, alkali-resistant recombinant Protein A affinity chromatography resin manufactured by NanoMicro using proprietary patented technology. This resin is based on highly cross-linked agarose microspheres, modified with proprietary surface chemistry and coupled with Protein A ligand via epoxy bonding. It is designed for the purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies (bsAbs), polyclonal antibodies, and recombinant proteins containing Fc fragments. NMab Titan offers high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability, and strong alkali resistance, maintaining high dynamic binding capacity even at high flow rates, meeting the demands from laboratory-scale preparation to pilot and industrial production.
