NMacro dT25-S Oligo dT Affinity Chromatography Resin

NMacro dT25-S is an affinity chromatography resin specifically designed for efficient capture of large mRNA molecules through base pairing with the poly(A) tail. It features a rigid PS-DVB matrix with large pore structure, enabling efficient mass transfer. The hydrophilic polyhydroxy surface minimizes non-specific binding. The surface is coupled with poly-T (oligo dT25) ligands via alkali-stable chemical bonds, providing excellent stability under high pH CIP conditions and long service life. These resins remain stable at elevated temperatures when required, helping to disrupt undesirable higher-order structures. NMacro dT25-S has relatively smaller pore size, offering better binding capacity for small to medium-sized mRNA (<5000nt).
