NW Rose IMAC FF Metal Chelating Affinity Chromatography Resin
NW Rose IMAC FF is an immobilized-metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) resin based on highly cross-linked agarose, coupled with NTA (Nitrilotriacetic acid) ligands. It features excellent hydrophilicity, high porosity, high flow rates, and low metal ion leakage, making it ideal for the purification of His-tagged proteins and other histidine-containing peptides and biomolecules.
Key features of NW Rose™ IMAC FF include:
Rapid and convenient purification of His-tagged proteins, suitable for fast, high-purity protein preparation in research.
High dynamic binding capacity with low metal ion leakage, minimizing metal ion residue in protein samples.
High chemical stability and broad applicability, compatible with low concentrations of reducing agents and other additives.
Can be chelated with specific metal ions as required for different projects to achieve higher purification performance.
