NW Rose Ni FF Immobilized Metal Ion Affinity Chromatography Resin
NW Rose Ni FF agarose resin is a chelating chromatography resin pre-charged with metal ions. Immobilized-metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) is a widely used technique for the separation and purification of biomolecules. This resin is manufactured from highly cross-linked agarose coupled with NTA ligands and pre-charged with Ni ions, offering hydrophilic, porous characteristics, high flow rates, and low metal ion leakage. It is suitable for the purification of histidine-tagged biomolecules such as peptides and proteins, and represents the standard method for his-tag protein purification.

NW Rose Ni FF agarose resin offers the following features:
Rapid and convenient purification of His-tagged proteins, ideal for fast, high-purity protein preparation in research applications.
High dynamic binding capacity with low metal ion leakage, minimizing metal ion residue in protein samples.
High chemical stability and broad applicability, compatible with low concentrations of reducing agents and other additives.
This series of metal chelating resins offers multiple options, including NW Rose IMAC FF and NW Rose Chelating FF.
