UniGel is a monodisperse spherical porous cross-linked polyacrylate "hard gel" chromatography resin with hydrophilic surface modification, offering excellent pressure resistance, hydrophilicity, and biocompatibility. Protein A affinity resins and ion exchange resins based on this matrix have been widely used in biopharmaceutical purification. UniGel-65Heparin is a heparin affinity resin developed on the UniGel matrix, featuring a special extended arm and bonding technology to couple high-purity heparin sodium ligand. It provides high binding capacity and selectivity with low ligand leakage and minimal non-specific adsorption, primarily used for affinity chromatography purification of antithrombin III, coagulation factors, lipoproteins, esterases, hormones, and interferons.
