UniMab 50HC Protein A Affinity Chromatography Resin
UniMab 50 HC is a high-performance, alkali-resistant recombinant Protein A affinity chromatography resin manufactured by NanoMicro using proprietary patented technology. The resin is based on monodisperse porous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres, with Protein A coupled via epoxy chemistry using proprietary surface modification technology. It is designed for the separation and purification of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins containing Fc fragments. UniMab 50 HC offers high mechanical strength, low back pressure, excellent chemical stability, and strong alkali resistance, maintaining high dynamic binding capacity even at high flow rates. It meets the demands of laboratory, pilot, and industrial-scale production.
