NanoGel-50Q Ion Exchange Chromatography Resin
To improve production efficiency and reduce costs in large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly for the separation and purification of biomacromolecules such as monoclonal antibodies (mAb), viruses/vaccines, and high-molecular-weight recombinant proteins, NanoMicro has developed NanoGel-50Q. This resin features a polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) microsphere matrix with excellent mechanical strength, superior chemical stability, uniform particle size, and an open supermacroporous structure. Surface hydrophilic modification reduces non-specific adsorption, while unique surface functionalization technology delivers high binding capacity, high alkali resistance, high flow rates, high resolution, and low back pressure.
