NanoGel-50SP HP Ion Exchange Chromatography Resin
NanoGel-50SP HP is based on polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) microspheres with excellent mechanical strength, good chemical stability, uniform particle size, and an open supermacroporous structure. Surface hydrophilic modification reduces non-specific adsorption, and unique surface functionalization technology delivers high binding capacity, high alkali resistance, high flow rate, high resolution, and low back pressure. Our solution is designed to meet the separation and purification needs of biomacromolecules such as monoclonal antibodies (mAb), viruses/vaccines, and high-molecular-weight recombinant proteins.
