NanoGel-50SP HPX Ion Exchange Chromatography Resin

To improve production efficiency and reduce costs in large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly for the separation and purification of biomacromolecules such as monoclonal antibodies (mAb), viruses/vaccines, and high-molecular-weight recombinant proteins, NanoMicro has developed a new generation of high-performance ion exchange chromatography resin, NanoGel-50SP HPX, using precision microsphere manufacturing technology. The product is based on polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) microspheres with excellent mechanical strength, good chemical stability, uniform particle size, and an open supermacroporous structure. Surface hydrophilic modification reduces non-specific adsorption, and unique surface functionalization technology delivers high binding capacity, high alkali resistance, high flow rate, high resolution, and low back pressure.
