UniQ-30S Strong Anion Exchange Chromatography Resin
NanoMicro UniQ-30S strong anion exchange chromatography resin features a polymer matrix that has been surface-modified with hydrophilic groups and then bonded with ion exchange groups. It offers excellent biocompatibility and physicochemical stability for bioactive macromolecules, significantly improving purification efficiency. It is ideal for the purification of small biomolecules such as small proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and antibiotics.
UniQ-30S utilizes hydrophilic surface modification, providing low non-specific binding, high resolution for small pore sizes, and high loading capacity for small molecules. The technical specifications are shown in the table below:
