NanoMicro UniQ-50XS strong anion exchange chromatography resin features a polymer matrix that has been surface-modified with hydrophilic groups before coupling ion exchange ligands, providing excellent biocompatibility and physicochemical stability for biomacromolecules while significantly improving purification efficiency. It is ideally suited for the purification of small biomolecules such as small proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and antibiotics.
