Uni-60S Reversed Phase Polymer Chromatography Resin

These resins are primarily used for the separation and purification of organic compounds, natural products, proteins, insulin, peptides, and nucleic acids. With excellent alkali resistance, long service life, and the ability to eliminate peak tailing of basic compounds, they complement reversed-phase silica resins in separation performance and solvent compatibility.

Uni-60S monodisperse reversed-phase polymer resin is based on polystyrene / divinylbenzene / polyvinylpyrrolidone (PS/DVB/PVP). The abundant phenyl groups in the matrix provide high hydrophobicity and strong reversed-phase retention. The highly crosslinked matrix delivers high mechanical strength and excellent chemical stability, enabling medium-to-high pressure DAC packing and resistance to extreme acidic or alkaline pH and mixed organic solvent regeneration.
