UniPSA 30-300 Reversed-Phase Polymer Chromatography Resin

NanoMicro offers monodisperse reversed-phase polymer chromatography resins in various particle sizes and pore sizes. Based on matrix and characteristics, they are available in UniPSN and UniPSA series. These resins are primarily used for separation and purification of organic compounds, natural products, proteins, insulin, peptides, and nucleic acids. With excellent alkaline resistance, long service life, and minimal peak tailing for basic compounds, they complement reversed-phase silica resins in separation performance and solvent compatibility.

UniPSA series monodisperse reversed-phase polymer resins use highly cross-linked polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) as the matrix, while UniPSN series use polystyrene/divinylbenzene/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PS/DVB/PVP). The abundant phenyl groups in the backbone provide high hydrophobicity and strong reversed-phase retention. The highly cross-linked matrix offers high mechanical strength and excellent chemical stability, enabling medium-to-high pressure DAC packing and resistance to extreme acidic or alkaline pH and mixed organic solvent regeneration.

Compared to similar products on the market, UniPSN and Uni®PSA series offer the following advantages:
