UniPSA 40-300 Reversed Phase Polymer Chromatography Resin
NanoMicro offers monodisperse reversed phase polymer chromatography resins in various particle sizes and pore sizes. Based on different matrices and characteristics, they are available in UniPSN and UniPSA series. These resins are primarily used for the separation and purification of organic compounds, natural products, proteins, insulin, peptides, and nucleic acids. With excellent alkaline resistance, long service life, and the ability to avoid tailing of basic compounds, they complement reversed phase silica resins in separation performance and solvent compatibility.
UniPSA series monodisperse reversed phase polymer resins use highly crosslinked polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) as the matrix, while UniPSN series monodisperse reversed phase polymer resins use polystyrene/divinylbenzene/polyvinylpyrrolidone as the matrix. Due to the abundant phenyl groups in the matrix, they exhibit high hydrophobicity and relatively strong reversed phase retention. The highly crosslinked matrix provides high mechanical strength and excellent chemical stability, enabling resistance to high pressure, suitability for medium and high pressure DAC packing, and tolerance to extreme acidic or alkaline pH and mixed organic solvent regeneration.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniPSN and Uni®PSA series offer the following advantages:
• Narrower particle size distribution: CV≤3%;
• High mechanical strength: highly crosslinked PS/DVB, PS/DVB/PVP matrix, more pressure-resistant, suitable for repeated high-pressure DAC packing without breakage;
• Long service life: corrosion-resistant, pollution-resistant, easy to regenerate, low operating cost;
• Excellent chemical stability: suitable for separation and purification at pH 1-14.
