UniHybrid 10-120 C18 Hybrid Silica Chromatography Resin
UniHybrid® series chromatography resins are based on high-purity monodisperse porous silica microspheres manufactured using NanoMicro's proprietary technology. A dense surface hybridization is applied to the particle surface and pore structure, introducing an organic-inorganic hybrid layer containing methylene bridge structures onto the silica surface, followed by bonding and end-capping. This unique surface hybridization technology significantly enhances the chemical stability of the resin, providing acid and alkaline pH tolerance similar to polymer-based resins, while combining the mechanical strength of high-purity silica resins with the chemical stability of polymer resins, along with their respective excellent chromatographic purification performance. Additionally, the surface chemistry modification alters the silanol density and increases the carbon content, imparting unique separation selectivity to the hybrid silica.

Compared to similar products on the market, UniHybrid® 10-120 C18 offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume for high loading capacity;
Uniform particle size, surface modification, and pore design deliver high column efficiency and excellent separation performance in chromatography;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for purification across pH 1-11.
