UniSil 10-100 C18 Reversed Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-100 C18 is a key member of the NanoMicro UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features a UniSil® silica matrix with surface-modified reversed-phase bonded groups (Figure 1), offering uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Its pore structure and chemical bonding make it particularly suitable for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.

UniSil® 10-100 C18 utilizes advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, multiple batches of the resin were retested, and the quality control results showed no significant changes compared to the initial QC analysis.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil®10-100 C18 offers the following unique advantages:
Ÿ Monodisperse silica resin with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Ÿ Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume for high loading capacity;
Ÿ Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application needs;
Ÿ Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
