UniSil 10-120 Amide Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® HILIC silica resins are a new generation of HILIC chromatography media developed with leading passivation and bonding technologies. They offer multiple separation mechanisms including hydrophilic partitioning, and allow up to 60% aqueous mobile phase. Featuring a uniquely strong polar stationary phase, these resins provide superior selectivity, stability, and longer lifetime compared to conventional HILIC media. They are particularly well-suited for the separation and analysis of polar or hydrophilic compounds that are difficult to retain by reversed-phase chromatography, with enhanced retention for strongly polar basic compounds. No toxic solvents such as hexane or chloroform are required, and the selectivity is complementary to reversed-phase columns. The use of highly volatile mobile phases increases sensitivity in LC/MS analysis.
NanoMicro offers a wide range of HILIC media, including unbonded silica, cyano, amino, diol, amide, diamino, and imidazoline bonded phases. Polymer-based HILIC media are also available to meet demanding acidic or basic separation conditions. Additionally, NanoMicro provides customized HILIC media to address specific application requirements.
