UniSil 10-120 C18 Reversed-Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-120 C18 is a key member of the NanoMicro UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features reversed-phase bonded groups configured through surface modification of the UniSil® silica matrix (Figure 1), offering uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Its pore structure and chemical bonding make it particularly suitable for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.
UniSil® 10-120 C18 employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, re-testing of multiple batches of resin shows no significant changes in QC results compared to the initial quality control analysis.

UniSil® 10-120 C18 Chemical Structure
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® 10-120 C18 offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume for high loading capacity;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application needs;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
