UniSil 10-120 C18 Aq Reversed-Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-120 C18 Aq is a key member of the NanoMicro UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features a surface-modified UniSil® silica matrix with bonded reversed-phase groups (Figure 1), offering uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Its pore structure and chemical bonding are particularly well-suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.
UniSil® 10-120 C18 Aq employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, re-testing of multiple batches shows no significant changes in QC results compared to initial analysis.

Chemical Structure of UniSil® 10-120 C18 Aq
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® 10-120 C18 Aq offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume for high loading capacity;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application needs;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
