UniSil 10-120 C18 Polar Reversed Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-120 C18 Polar is a key member of the UniSil® product line from NanoMicro. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features a surface-modified UniSil® silica matrix with bonded reversed-phase ligands (Figure 1), offering uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Its pore structure and chemical bonding make it particularly suitable for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.

UniSil® 10-120 C18 Polar utilizes advanced surface bonding and end-capping technologies to ensure excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, re-testing of multiple batches of the resin shows no significant changes in quality control results compared to the initial QC analysis.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® 10-120 C18 Polar offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume, providing high loading capacity;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application requirements;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
