UniSil 10-120 C8 Ultra Reversed-Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-120 C8 Ultra is a key member of NanoMicro's UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features a uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution, achieved through surface modification of the UniSil® silica matrix with reversed-phase bonded groups. Its pore structure and chemical bonding are particularly well-suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.

UniSil® 10-120 C8 Ultra Chemical Structure
UniSil® 10-120 C8 Ultra utilizes advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, multiple batches of the resin were retested, and the quality control test results showed no significant changes compared to the initial QC analysis.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® 10-120 C8 Ultra offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with an extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume, resulting in high loading capacity;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application requirements;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-10.
