UniSil 10-120 HILIC Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® HILIC silica resins are a new generation of HILIC chromatography media developed with advanced passivation and bonding technologies. They offer multiple retention mechanisms including hydrophilic partitioning, allowing up to 60% aqueous mobile phase. With a uniquely strong polar stationary phase, they provide superior selectivity, stability, and longer lifetime compared to conventional HILIC resins. Ideal for the separation and analysis of polar or hydrophilic compounds that are poorly retained in reversed-phase chromatography, particularly offering enhanced retention for strongly polar basic compounds. These resins eliminate the need for toxic solvents such as hexane and chloroform and provide complementary selectivity to reversed-phase columns. The use of highly volatile mobile phases increases LC/MS analysis sensitivity.
NanoMicro offers a wide range of HILIC resins, including unbonded silica, cyano, amino, diol, amide, diamino, and imidazoline bonded phases. Polymer-based HILIC resins are also available to meet stringent acidic or basic separation conditions. Additionally, NanoMicro provides customized HILIC resins to address specific application requirements.
