UniSil 10-120 PFP Reversed-Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-120 PFP is a key member of the NanoMicro UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features a surface-modified UniSil® silica matrix with bonded reversed-phase groups, offering uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Compared to conventional reversed-phase resins, the fluorinated bonded phase provides stronger polar interactions, delivering excellent selectivity for polar compounds. Additionally, the fluorinated phase exhibits stereoselectivity, enabling the separation of challenging structural isomers.
UniSil® 10-120 PFP utilizes advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, ensuring excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, multiple batches of the resin were retested, and the quality control results showed no significant changes compared to the initial analysis.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® 10-120 PFP offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with an extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume, enabling high loading capacity;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application requirements;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
