UniSil 10-200 C18 Reversed-Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 10-200 C18 is a key member of the NanoMicro UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin features a UniSil® silica matrix with surface-modified reversed-phase bonded groups, offering uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Its pore structure and chemical bonding are particularly well-suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.

Chemical structure of UniSil® 10-200 C18
UniSil® 10-200 C18 employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, retesting multiple batches of the resin showed no significant changes in quality control test results compared to the initial analysis.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil®10-200 C18 offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with an extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV≤5%;
Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume, resulting in high loading capacity;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application needs;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
