UniSil 8-120 C18 Reversed Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® 8-120 C18 is a key member of NanoMicro's UniSil® product line. This reversed-phase chromatography resin is configured with reversed-phase bonded groups through surface modification of the UniSil® silica matrix (Figure 1), featuring uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, high column efficiency, and high resolution. Its pore structure and chemical bonding are particularly well-suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as antibiotics, peptides, and natural products.

UniSil® 8-120 C18 employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability. After 5 years of storage at room temperature, multiple batches of the resin were retested, and the quality control test results showed no significant changes compared to the initial quality control analysis results.
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® 8-120 C18 offers the following unique advantages:
• Monodisperse silica resin with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV≤5%;
• Precisely controlled pore size and distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume, enabling high loading capacity;
• Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application requirements;
• Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-8.
