UniSil Revo 10-100 C8 Reversed Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® Revo 10-100 C8 is a key member of NanoMicro’s UniSil® Revo product line. Featuring revolutionary micropore control technology that creates interconnected pores with thicker pore walls, this resin offers superior mechanical strength, selectivity, and pH tolerance. This reversed-phase chromatography resin is configured by surface modification of the UniSil® Revo silica matrix with reversed-phase bonded groups (as shown in the figure below). Its pore structure and chemical bonding are ideally suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as GLP-1, insulin, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
UniSil® Revo 10-100 C8 employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability.

Chemical Structure of UniSil® Revo 10-100 C8
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® Revo 10-100 C8 offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with an extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Precisely controlled pore size, pore size distribution, effective specific surface area, and pore volume, delivering high loading capacity and high resolution;
Compared to other silica resins, UniSil® Revo 10-100 offers three key advantages:
- Similar pore size and retention time to Kromasil 100-10, allowing direct replacement of Kromasil 100-10.
- Inert surface treatment enhances chemical stability by more than 3-fold under high pH conditions.
- Optimized C18/C8/C4 bonded phases improve the yield and purity of insulin and GLP-1.
