UniSil Revo 10-120 C18 Reversed Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® Revo 10-120 C18 is a key member of NanoMicro's UniSil® product line. Featuring revolutionary micropore control technology, the pores are interconnected with thicker pore walls, resulting in superior mechanical strength, selectivity, and pH tolerance. This reversed-phase chromatography resin is configured with reversed-phase bonded groups through surface modification of the UniSil® silica matrix (Figure 1). Its pore structure and chemical bonding are particularly well-suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as GLP-1, insulin, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
UniSil® Revo 10-120 C18 employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technologies, providing excellent chemical stability.

Chemical Structure of UniSil® Revo 10-120 C18
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® Revo 10-120 C18 offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica resin with an extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Revolutionary micropore control technology enables interconnected pores, increasing effective specific surface area and pore volume, resulting in high loading capacity and high resolution;
Unique end-capping technology effectively modulates residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application requirements;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-9.
Compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases.
