UniSil Revo 10-120 C8 Reversed Phase Silica Chromatography Resin
UniSil® Revo 10-120 C8 is a key member of NanoMicro's UniSil® product line. Featuring revolutionary micropore control technology that creates interconnected pores with thicker pore walls, it delivers superior mechanical strength, selectivity, and pH tolerance. This reversed phase chromatography resin is configured with reversed phase bonded groups through surface modification of the UniSil® silica matrix (Figure 1). Its pore structure and chemical bonding are particularly well-suited for the separation and purification of small molecules such as GLP-1, insulin, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
UniSil® Revo 10-120 C8 employs advanced surface bonding and end-capping technology, providing excellent chemical stability.

Chemical Structure of UniSil® Revo 10-120 C8
Compared to similar products on the market, UniSil® Revo 10-120 C8 offers the following unique advantages:
Monodisperse silica media with extremely narrow particle size distribution, CV ≤ 5%;
Revolutionary micropore control technology creates interconnected pores, increasing effective specific surface area and pore volume, resulting in high loading capacity and high resolution;
Unique end-capping technology effectively controls residual silanol groups on the silica surface to meet diverse application requirements;
Excellent chemical stability, suitable for separation and purification at pH 2-9.
Compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases.
