NW Dex G-25 C Size Exclusion Chromatography Resin

NW Dex G-25 series dextran resins are chromatography resins designed for the separation and purification of biomolecules. Prepared from dextran crosslinked to form hydrophilic, porous dextran microspheres, they are commonly used for buffer exchange, desalting, and removal of small molecules from biological samples such as viruses, proteins, polysaccharides, and nucleic acids. They are also suitable for the separation and purification of peptides, oligonucleotides, antibiotics, synthetic drugs, and natural products, as well as for the purification of nanomaterials in chemical engineering and wastewater treatment in environmental applications.

NW Dex G-25 is available in four types based on particle size:

NW Dex G-25 C — coarse particles
NW Dex G-25 M — medium particles
NW Dex G-25 F — fine particles
NW Dex G-25 SF — superfine particles
