NW Dex G-25 SF Size Exclusion Chromatography Resin

The NW Dex G-25 series dextran resins are chromatography resins designed for the separation and purification of biomolecules. It consists of dextran microspheres cross-linked with a crosslinking agent, featuring hydrophilic and porous properties. It is commonly used for buffer exchange, desalting, and removal of small molecules from biological samples such as viruses, proteins, polysaccharides, and nucleic acids. It is also suitable for the separation and purification of peptides and oligonucleotides, as well as antibiotics, synthetic drugs, and natural products. Additionally, it can be applied in the purification of nanomaterials in chemical engineering and wastewater treatment in environmental protection.

NW Dex G-25 is available in four types based on particle size:

NW Dex G-25 C — coarse particles
NW Dex G-25 M — medium particles
NW Dex G-25 F — fine particles
NW Dex G-25 SF — superfine particles
