NW Super 75 Size Exclusion Chromatography Resin
NW Super 75 is an agarose-based size exclusion chromatography resin designed for the separation and purification of biomolecules. Manufactured from agarose and highly cross-linked dextran, these hydrophilic, porous microspheres are ideal for high-resolution purification of proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, and other biological samples. It is the preferred resin for biomolecules (proteins).
Key features of NW Super 75 size exclusion media:
Uniform particle size for high resolution, typically achieving column efficiency above 10,000 plates/m
Separation achievable at high flow rates
High chemical and physical stability
High recovery yields
Easy scale-up
