Conductive Gold Beads
NanoMicro produces high-quality FareBead conductive nickel-plated and gold-plated microspheres widely used in microcircuit interconnections. FareBead conductive microspheres offer uniform particle size, high conductivity, appropriate elasticity, and strong adhesion between the metal shell and resin core. FareBead conductive microspheres are designed for connections between fine-pitch electrodes, such as COG and vertical conduction between glass plates in LCD panels. They can be dispersed in adhesives to produce Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF) or Anisotropic Conductive Paste (ACP) for LCD assembly. FareBead conductive microspheres have been granted multiple national invention patents.
