Spacer Microspheres
Developed with NanoMicro's proprietary technology, our spacer microspheres are monodisperse particles composed of highly cross-linked polymers. They feature an extremely narrow particle size distribution, excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, and chemical resistance. They precisely control cell gap without damaging substrates, delivering superior clarity. NanoMicro produces the finest spacer microspheres, widely used in LCD, PDLC, smart glass, precision bonding, and other applications.

Ordering Information
NanoMicro offers six series of spacer microspheres: H, X, A, E, L, and PS. Standard stock particle sizes for the X, A, and E series range from 2 µm to 10 µm, with sizes from 5.8 µm to 9 µm available in 0.1 µm increments. The H series standard stock sizes range from 10 µm to 50 µm in 5 µm increments. The E series exhibits the highest recovery rate and elastic modulus, followed by the A and X series, with the H series showing the lowest values. Customers can select the appropriate spacer microspheres for applications in LCD, PDLC, or other fields. NanoMicro employs advanced technology and comprehensive production and testing equipment to ensure strict quality control.

General Nomenclature: NM HT XXX; NM MS XXX; NM XT XXX; NM XS XXX; NM ATE XXX; NM ASE XXX; NM ET XXX; NM ES XXX; NM LT XXX
NM - NanoMicro abbreviation
XXX - Nominal particle size, e.g., 065 – 6.5 µm, 100 - 10.0 µm
Notes: 1. Special grades below 2.0 µm are available upon request;
2. Particle size and CV are determined using a Beckman Coulter Multisizer 4e;
3. Coefficient of Variation (C.V.)% = (Standard Deviation / Mean Particle Size) × 100%.
