PDLC Film Microspheres

NanoMicro offers white microspheres and blackened microspheres for PDLC film applications. For white microspheres, we provide H series and L series products tailored to customer refractive index requirements, accommodating different refractive index systems to help customers achieve optimal optical matching and film consistency. Our newly launched blackened microspheres, featuring proprietary blackening technology, deliver more stable electrical properties than traditional carbon black and deeper color than copolymer dyes. With highly uniform particle size and a broader range of specifications, they deliver higher contrast in automotive PDLC film applications, along with excellent power consumption performance. The black layer is firmly bonded and non-shedding, with outstanding color stability and a shorter blackening cycle, helping customers improve efficiency and accelerate delivery.
