The SGP Universal Separation and Purification System is a modular instrument designed for flexible setup to meet diverse purification requirements. It offers two flow path material options — stainless steel (for high-pressure semi-preparative applications) and PEEK (for protein purification) — covering separation and purification tasks from peptides to large-molecule proteins. Featuring a dual-plunger pump design to minimize pulsation, multiple detector and fraction collector options, and fully automated operation, the system integrates an intelligent workstation for end-to-end process management from control to analysis. It complies with GMP and other regulatory requirements, making it suitable for pharmaceutical and related industries.

 The SGP Universal Separation and Purification System is a modular purification system with a split design that can be freely configured based on separation requirements to meet the purification needs of different samples.

 The SGP system offers both stainless steel and PEEK flow path options.

 The stainless steel configuration is a high-pressure semi-preparative system, primarily used for the separation and purification of peptides, small-molecule drugs, natural products, polysaccharides, and similar samples.

 The PEEK configuration is a protein purification system that can be combined with pH and conductivity detectors to meet the separation and purification needs of proteins and other macromolecules.

 The SGP system is available in two models — 010 and 030 — and can be paired with a refractive index detector in addition to the standard UV detector for the separation and detection of carbohydrate samples.
