NMPeptide Rink Amide-AM Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis Resin
Product Description
Rink Amide-AM resin is commonly used for the synthesis of C-terminal amidated peptides, with amino groups as its functional groups. Before loading the first amino acid, the Fmoc protecting group must be removed, followed by the standard coupling, washing, and deprotection cycles.
The linker of NMPeptide Rink Amide-AM resin is relatively stable and typically requires high concentrations of TFA for cleavage, which may lead to side reactions similar to those observed with Wang resin during synthesis.
The NMPeptide series of solid-phase peptide synthesis resins offers the following advantages:
High synthesis efficiency: The uniform particle size distribution and uniform functional group distribution provide good reactivity, accelerating the reaction between amino acids and protecting groups and improving synthesis efficiency.
Excellent chemical stability: Good swelling in non-polar solvents, maintaining chemical stability during synthesis and reducing impurity generation.
High mechanical strength: Capable of withstanding various physical and chemical stresses during synthesis, maintaining resin integrity.
