Particle Size Standards

Product Description

Particle size standards are NIST-traceable polystyrene microspheres with highly uniform particle sizes, supplied primarily as 1.0% solids suspensions. The series covers particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 200 μm, with extremely regular shape and narrow size distribution. These standards are used for the calibration and verification of various particle size measurement instruments, including electron microscopes, laser diffraction particle size analyzers, dynamic light scattering analyzers, and aerosol electrical mobility analyzers, to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
