Product Description
The ME series includes three types of magnetic beads: ME-HLB, ME-WCX, and ME-C18.
ME-HLB consists of hydrophilic-lipophilic balanced magnetic microspheres. It is suitable for the extraction of small molecules of medium to low polarity from a variety of sample types, including blood, body fluids, food, and environmental samples, such as hormones and pharmaceuticals. It is compatible with LC and LC-MS analysis.
ME-WCX is a mixed-mode magnetic bead combining reversed-phase and weak cation exchange interactions. It is particularly suitable for the enrichment of strongly basic compounds, such as catecholamines and their metabolites.
ME-C18 consists of reversed-phase C18 porous silica magnetic beads and provides excellent retention for non-polar compounds.
