MagneStar® MP1-Select magnetic beads are specifically developed for NGS library preparation. With an optimized carboxyl density on the surface and specific components in the storage buffer, these beads preferentially bind longer nucleic acid fragments by adjusting the bead-to-fragment ratio, enabling the most critical fragment size selection step in NGS library construction.
