Product Description
MagneStar® MP1-Oligo (dT) magnetic beads are designed for efficient isolation and purification of mRNA from eukaryotic cells based on complementary base pairing, removing over 90% of rRNA from total RNA in a single extraction.
The carboxyl magnetic beads and streptavidin magnetic beads in the same series, when modified with specific nucleic acid probes, enable efficient enrichment of target sequences in hybrid capture and library construction. These beads exhibit low non-specific adsorption and fast magnetic response, delivering excellent reproducibility and batch-to-batch consistency in fully automated extraction systems.
