Flow cytometry encoding microspheres can be used for the development of multiplex detection assays based on flow cytometry. The flow cytometry encoding microspheres consist of two series: the YES series, which are one-dimensional flow cytometry encoding microspheres, and the YED series, which are two-dimensional flow cytometry encoding microspheres. The maximum emission wavelength of the fluorescent dye used for encoding in the YES series is 680 nm. This series comprises microspheres of two different particle sizes: 4 μm microspheres with 7 different fluorescence intensities, and 5 μm microspheres with 8 different fluorescence intensities, allowing users to expand their microsphere array.
