The NmSCREEN 4.7 mL PP empty column is designed for rapid process screening during chromatography purification process development. With a packed bed height of 100 mm, it significantly improves column efficiency and resolution, making it ideal for early-stage process screening to identify the most suitable chromatography process from a target resin library for subsequent process validation or small-scale sample preparation.

The innovative design of the NmSCREEN 4.7 mL PP column offers a higher pressure limit (2.0 MPa), suitable for low- or medium-pressure chromatography purification, meeting the pressure requirements of small-particle-size media at high linear flow rates. This column is compatible with various polymer-based rigid gels (PS-DVB, PMMA, etc.) and polysaccharide-based soft gels (agarose, dextran, etc.) commonly used in laboratory purification, and is applicable to downstream purification of peptides, proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, and polysaccharides.
