NanoHR Series HIC Pre-packed Columns

NanoHR HIC resins are based on monodisperse, highly cross-linked PS/DVB (polystyrene/divinylbenzene) hydrophilic modified microspheres. Phenyl or butyl hydrophobic groups are immobilized on the surface via advanced bonding chemistry, enabling biomolecule adsorption under high-salt conditions and elution at low salt concentrations.

Product Description

NanoHR HIC pre-packed columns feature 15 μm ultra-small PS/DVB rigid media, combining ultra-high pressure tolerance, organic solvent resistance, and super-large through-pores. Available in weak hydrophobic butyl and medium-strong hydrophobic phenyl variants, they offer high binding capacity and low non-specific adsorption, designed for the ultimate resolution in peptide, ADC, and antibody fragment analysis, QC, and semi-preparative release testing.
