UniMSP Series Multimodal Pre-packed Columns

Based on monodisperse, highly cross-linked hydrophilic PMMA small-pore microspheres, dual-functional ligands of strong cation exchange and weak hydrophobic interaction are bonded. Leveraging the synergistic effects of electrostatic adsorption and weak hydrophobic interaction, fine separation is achieved based on the differences in charge and hydrophobicity of peptides and small-molecule proteins.

Product Description

UniMSP multimodal pre-packed columns are dedicated polymer multimodal chromatography media for peptides, antibiotics, and small-molecule proteins. Built on a rigid PMMA small-pore backbone with dual ion-exchange/hydrophobic interaction mechanisms, they enable direct loading of high-salt crude samples while delivering high pressure resistance, alkali tolerance, high capacity, and high resolution.
