The NmPREP series PP empty columns are designed for rapid preparation of chromatography samples at lab scale. With a higher pressure limit (see table below) than conventional PP columns on the market, they are ideal for small-scale purification of proteins, antibodies, and other targets after initial process development, as well as for size exclusion desalting.

NmPREP series PP empty columns are compatible with a wide range of chromatography resins commonly used in purification labs, including polymer-based rigid media (PS-DVB, PMMA, etc.) and polysaccharide-based soft gels (agarose, dextran, etc.). They are suitable for downstream purification of peptides, proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, and polysaccharides, as well as for sample preparation and desalting between purification steps or after sample purification.
